Our Return Policy Details:
We recommend that you try on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit properly and are free of any other issues. Washed items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Returned items are eligible for a return if they meet the following criteria:
● Unworn
● Unwashed
● Original tags and packaging intact
For health and safety reasons, food items such as tea, chocolate, and jam cannot be returned. Certain items are not returnable. Perishable items such as food and tea cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal care items such as lotions or soaps.
Return packages must be returned to us and postmarked within 10 calendar days of receipt for a refund. After this 10-day period, items may be returned for a store credit.
Tracking Your Refund:
All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. There is no need to complete a return form; we simply include a slip of paper with the order number and name in the package. Huarfwpq is not responsible for untracked or lost returns. We recommend using a tracking service for the security of your return.
Please allow up to 5 days after we receive your return, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. We will process your return as quickly as possible. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please check your credit card statement or online banking account for refund details. We will issue the refund as quickly as possible, but due to differences in banking systems, it may take 2-3 business days for the refund to be credited. Proof of purchase from British Country Market is required to qualify for a return.

Gift Returns
If you would like to return an item purchased directly from Huarfwpq that was given as a gift, please include a note indicating that the item is a gift return, the buyer's name and order number (if known), and your name and email address. We will not contact the buyer; notes are only used to help us track down the order and serve as proof of purchase.
To qualify for a gift return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Further Notes
Only regular-priced items are refundable for sale items (if applicable). Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

If you need to exchange it for the same item/a different size, please call or email Support@huarfwpq.shop and we'll check the dimensions with you!
Shipping Policy
Huarfwpq primarily ships via USPS, though we also use FedEx and UPS depending on the type of items you're shipping. We strive to ship on time, but sometimes there may be brief delays due to holidays or waiting for out-of-stock items in your order. We'll notify you via email if there's a longer wait time for your item. We offer free shipping on orders totaling $89 or more within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout, with light shipping starting at $4.95.
